The Podiatry Institute thanks you for your support and attendance of our seminars throughout
the past years. We hope that the presentations and workshops were informative and of benefit
to you. Whatever your preference, we have a seminar in a location that will meet your needs.
Residents/Students - only $125 for on-site seminars with letter from Residency Director. (Does not apply to workshops.) If registering online, we must receive a letter by mail or fax in order to complete your registration. The fax number is 1-404-508-8539 (you must include 1 at the beginning of the number). PLEASE NOTE: To insure confirmation of your registration, please do not register on-line within one week of the seminar date which you wish to attend.
Register for two seminars within the same year and receive 25% off the second seminar. PLEASE CALL BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE SECOND SEMINAR TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT. Valid only for seminars. Does not apply to Cadaver Surgery Courses.

By registering for a seminar, you agree to the following policy:
All cancellation/rescheduling requests must be made in writing. Cancellation requests can be sent via fax to 404-508-8539 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations requiring a refund will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee. Transfer requests are not subject to a cancellation fee and will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferrable within two weeks of the conference start date.
